Ke$ha's "Die Young" made out to be #4 on the iTunes top 10 chart this week. Ke$ha is a pop start singer, and from day one to present has been determined to come out on top in her work. Through her biography on her website she mentions looking back at a video of herself when she was five, dancing and singing out "I'm going to be a rock star and there's no way anyone is going to stop me!" Ke$ha is known as an original person, her outfits and songs are very out there, and sometimes she is compared to Lady Gaga. This pop star has been in the business for the past two years, and one thing about her songs that seems to be a norm is glitter, she always mentions glitter somewhere in her songs.

Like most songs, Ke$ha likes to write about things that people can relate to. Most of her songs are about relationships which may be between friends or a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. Her newest songs "Die Young" is the definition of a teenager in my opinion. I personally believe it's about just living life to the fullest and having fun while doing so. In my opinion, I enjoy hearing the song, but it does get a little old after a while. I prefer some of the older songs Ke$ha had, but there's nothing really wrong with this one, kinda catchy.
